All of our plans are billed monthly, once set up with a credit or debit card you will never have to worry about setting money aside for your maintenance again. Additionally, you never have to worry about remembering to call and be placed on the schedule. We will contact you when its time for a visit to your home.
All plans are custom tailored to your home so you receive the best value possible. Our plans vary depending on the type of service your home requires. Most homes would require 2 visits per year to cover both the heating and cooling seasons. We can include any maintenance required for your homes indoor air quality equipment, such as filter changes, humidifier servicing, ultraviolet light changes, etc.
Once signed up, you are added to our Priority Customer Membership. On top of receiving our most cost effective way of maintaining your homes equipment, you are entitled to discounts on any repairs, replacements, or indoor air quality devices you would like to add to your home.
As a Priority Customer member, your needs will always be our priority. Any time you encounter a breakdown, our team will always push you to the front of the list to ensure your equipment is repaired and back to working order.
All plans we offer meet all warranty requirements set by the manufacturer to ensure your equipments warranty is in good standing for the full duration.
All of our plans are offered at no obligation to you. After 6 months in the program, you are able to modify or cancel your plan at any time.
